What we do in this city
We install a complete air-gapped AI estate inside your office: the hardware, frontier-class open-weight models, a retrieval layer built on your own documents, training for the people who will use it, and a quarterly on-site visit that keeps it current. There is no route to the outside world.
Site survey and installation across Bengaluru and the wider urban area, including the outer ring road corridor, Whitefield, Electronic City and the central business district. Same-day site attendance for existing clients within the city, and a named engineer on the contract rather than a support queue.
What Bengaluru buildings get wrong
Four things account for most of what goes wrong in an Indian office installation, and all four turn up in this city constantly. We check them at the survey, before anyone has spent anything meaningful.
The circuit
A workstation-class estate draws around two kilowatts under load. It needs a dedicated 230V 16A circuit, not one shared with the air conditioning. Sharing it produces intermittent crashes that nobody attributes to the wiring for about six weeks.
The earthing
Neutral-to-earth voltage above two volts, or earth resistance above one ohm, is common in Bengaluru commercial buildings and is a slow killer of power supplies. We measure it rather than assume it.
The cooling schedule
Two kilowatts is roughly 6,800 BTU per hour — a normal 1.5-tonne split unit handles it comfortably, provided it runs twenty-four hours a day. Most offices in this city switch the air conditioning off at night and at weekends. That is the single most common avoidable cause of failure, and it needs a decision in writing before we install, not a discovery in April.
Dust
Monsoon humidity and dry-season dust loading will foul intake filters on 300-watt cards faster than anyone expects. Washable filters are specified at build and cleaned quarterly under the service agreement.
The survey also covers floor loading where a rack is involved, uninterruptible power supply sizing with real runtime measured under load rather than read off a datasheet, and the changeover time of the building's generator — eight to fifteen seconds of changeover has to be ridden through entirely by the UPS, or you lose whatever the machine was doing.

What it costs here
The same bands as anywhere in India, because the hardware is the hardware. Being based in this city removes the travel line and shortens the response time, which shows up in the service agreement rather than in the capital number.

The numbers for each plan are on the pricing page — excluding GST, which a GST-registered firm recovers as input credit. Before a plan: an assessment and a pilot, both paid and both credited in full.
Read the annual service figure closely. It is four on-site visits a year, phone support for your named administrators, monthly health reporting, quarterly model evaluation against your own documents, dust and thermal service in a city that has a great deal of both, spares held to your plan's terms, and an annual air-gap integrity audit with a written attestation. The first year is mandatory. We will not install a machine we are not maintaining, and a disconnected system without a maintenance path is a liability rather than an asset.
Being based here removes the travel line and shortens the response commitment, which shows up in that column rather than in the capital number: next-business-day on-site for Sentinel within the city, four hours for Praetorian.
GPU lead times, not our calendar, are usually what sets the date: matched pairs of workstation cards typically take three to six weeks to source, and rack-scale hardware runs to eight to sixteen weeks. We place the vendor order within five working days of your order and we do not hold your price risk — 2026 memory pricing makes a sixty-day quote an uninsured position, so quotes are valid for ten days, with the exchange rate we used printed on the face of them.
Why the shortlist you were given does not include anyone who does this
If you have searched for this locally, you will have found app development agencies with "AI" added to a service list, and directory listings of the same. That is not a criticism of them; they build software, and none of them install infrastructure.
The other thing you will have found is Indian GPU cloud providers, whose pricing pages are written to convert a buying intention into a rental. Renting a GPU in somebody else's data centre is a reasonable thing to do for many workloads. It is not an answer to an isolation requirement at all: the machine is reachable over a wire and their staff can physically touch the drive.
Two questions end that conversation, and they are worth asking of anyone on your shortlist, including us. Who can physically touch the drive? And can that machine reach the internet?
